Terms of Service

Welcome to BStock. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and FR Green LLC and govern your access to and use of our website, our digital products, and any related services. By browsing this site, joining our email list, or buying one of our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

1. Who we are

BStock is a brand of FR Green LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States ("BStock," "we," "us," or "our"). We publish digital cooking products — recipe cookbooks and ebooks, step-by-step tutorials, and online video courses — and we are a lead-generation brand, which means we do not process payments or fulfill orders through checkout on this website. 2. Our digital products & your license

When you purchase or download one of our digital products, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial, single-user license to access and use that product for your own private cooking and learning.

This license does not permit you to:

  • redistribute, republish, resell, sublicense, rent, or lend the files or their contents;
  • share, post, or upload the PDFs, videos, or recipe sheets publicly or to any file-sharing service;
  • share your course login, download links, or account access with anyone else;
  • use the products to teach paid classes, or reproduce them in any commercial cookbook, menu, or publication, without our prior written permission.

The license is granted to one person for one household. We reserve the right to suspend access to shared logins or files distributed in breach of these Terms.

3. Orders & delivery

All of our products are digital only. There is nothing physical to ship, and no shipping costs apply. Cookbooks, ebooks, and tutorials are delivered by email and/or a secure download link, and online courses are delivered as streaming video you access in your browser. Delivery is typically immediate and always same-day. Please make sure the email address you provide is correct — if a download link does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us so we can resend it.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may start "from $X" for a given product. We may change our prices, product line-up, or promotions at any time, but changes will not affect an order you have already completed. Where required by law, applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout with the payment provider. You are responsible for any charges your bank or card issuer may apply.

5. Refunds

Because our products are digital, refunds are handled under a dedicated policy. Please read our Refund Policy for the full details on eligibility, timing, and how to request a refund. That policy forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

When you use this site and our products, you agree not to:

  • break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or protected content;
  • copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the site or our products beyond what the law allows;
  • interfere with the normal operation of the site, or introduce malicious code;
  • use our email list or contact forms to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content we create — recipes, written instructions, photography, illustrations, videos, course materials, logos, and the design of this site — is owned by FR Green LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Buying a product gives you the license described in Section 2; it does not transfer ownership of any content or grant any rights beyond that license.

8. Recipes & health

Our recipes and cooking guidance are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice, and you are responsible for food safety, allergens, and any dietary needs in your own kitchen. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms, before cooking from our products.

9. Third-party links

Our site and products may link to third-party websites, tools, or services that we do not control — for example, our email or payment providers. We provide these links for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FR Green LLC and its owners, members, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, our practices, or the law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the site or our products after that means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
